Rendering
How long does a render take?+
Most clips complete in 45 to 90 seconds on Standard quality, 60 to 180 seconds on Pro. You can leave the tab open or come back later — the studio polls automatically.
What output do I get?+
An MP4 at 9:16, ready to upload natively to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Reels placements. 16:9 and 1:1 are on the roadmap for monthly and agency plans.
Can I use my own product photo?+
Yes. Pass a public image URL as a first-frame reference; Seedance conditions the video on it. We will also add upload + hosting on the monthly plan.
What if a render fails?+
If the render model reports a failure on our side, we retry automatically. If it still fails, we refund that credit and ping you. You are never charged for a broken render.
Pricing and rights
Do I own the video?+
Yes. Every clip you generate is yours under a full commercial-use license. Use it in paid ads, organic posts, websites, decks — no attribution required.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Monthly and Agency plans cancel in one click; access continues until the end of the current cycle. One-off packs have no cancellation — the credits never expire.
Do credits roll over?+
Pack and one-off credits never expire. Monthly-plan credits reset each cycle and are intended to be used in that cycle.
Quality and safety
What is actually doing the rendering?+
We compose prompts and orchestrate the render, then call ByteDance Seedance 2.0 (via OpenRouter) for the actual generation. Our job is to make the prompt craft, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, and direction choices correct so you never think about them.
Can the videos be trusted for real campaigns?+
They are intended for performance marketing on short-form surfaces. They are not deepfakes of real people you did not cast, and we refuse to render content that targets identifiable individuals without consent.
Do you store my renders?+
Your clips live on the provider storage while we poll for completion. On monthly and agency plans we also archive them in your account for 90 days. We never share, resell, or train on your renders.
